Demon Machine and can be used for similar effects much earlier as
Hellcast also fires explosive
Bolts. However, unlike it's big brother,
Hellcast lacks the piercing mod. Greatly reducing its explosive damage potential, opting instead for the much more easily obtained increased attack speed.

It is definitely a mini
Demon Machine for
Enchant sorceresses and
Holy Fire paladins. 3+ pieces of the Iratha's Finery set and/or a
Razortail can easily address the lack of piercing on this weapon. Right now I'm blasting - pun intended - through Normal with this setup.
