I expect Ctrl + Enter to quickly submit the form (quick reply or post a new topic), but instead it goes to the full editor or Save draft.
If that's going to be the default actions for Ctrl + Enter, another shortcut should be added/visible (hover text over Submit maybe?) for quickly submitting.

Yeah ctrl+enter is the send command in Outlook, so it makes sense here.
Edit: Just tried to post with ctrl+enter and it went into full editor
