Description

Browsing through the items I've seen Base Speed 10,5,0,-5,20, etc.

I first though 10 was Very Fast, then seems I was wrong and if it's 10 it's Very Slow.
HOWEVER the more items I see, I don't see that Normal (speed) is 0.

Reading some of the comments don't match to what I think. It says Slow but has value of 0 (which to my logic should be Normal).

I'm confused....

Also, is there a
Cap
on IAS?

If a Slow weapon has 30% IAS does that make it Fast or Very Fast?
Or a Normal has 10% IAS does that make it Fast or Very Fast?

What IAS% do you need to be Very Fast

No one does. Just use this IAS calculator created by the people who do: https://d2.lc/IAS/ lol (srs)

It varies between class to class, weapon to weapon AND skill to skill. Then you also have to factor in IAS from your weapon and IAS from gear.

Then certain things it doesn't even apply. For instance,
Whirlwind
ONLY benefits from IAS directly on your weapon.

Yes there is, you can use the calculator to determine if stacking more IAS is pointless or not.
