Definitely. Usually, an Amazon goes for a Lore and after that upgrades to
Shako
. This item is a great intermediate until you get a
Shako
. You can also
Larzuk
it for two sockets and insert 2 PTopaz in it to have 48% MF. Then you can say it is even better than a non socketed
Shako
if you prefer the 30FRW and 116AttR over the mana and HP, but keep in mind you already had to spent a
Larzuk
socket to achieve that. You can compare what you have here with a worse alternative to
Shako
and specifically only for Amazon and not for all classes like
Shako
. All in all, I would say this values around
Um
/
Mal
and
Mal
/
Ist
for a socketed version.

My trading priorities:
1. Highest offer
2. Who's online at the same time as me
3. First who posted the offer
* Ideally, add me on Battle.net to finish a trade

Thanks so much for the info and Insight. I wasn't sure if Laz would result in 1 socket or 2 so thanks for clearing that up as well.

Sorry, my bad. Didn't know
Larzuk
sockets only with 1 socket rares and uniques. Then I would say the price goes around
Um
for non-socketed and around
Mal
for the socketed version.
