I think you may be mixing up LoD/Expansion and RoTW? LoD/Expansion EU SC NL has been 4/6 for months, I think.

Yeah RoTW EU SC ladder just went to 4/6 a few hours ago.
Bot trickle sales of SoJs on softcore ladder seems to have returned (it was quiet in that regard for months). It was a thing every ladder season from season 4 to 13, but the entire season 14 was quiet and it’s been quiet this season too until about a week ago.
