The D2 soundtrack is probably the best game soundtrack I know. It’s definitely one of the reasons I love this game so much. This AI garbage needs to disappear from the internet.

I'd have to only mute music so I could still hear sounds for drops. When teleporting around in haste, sometimes that's the only way you know a certain item dropped so you can backtrack and check it out.

Unless I'm listening to something completely unrelated (music, podcast), I play most games with music at 100%, SFX at 75%.
