done today over 70 Runs each, got 0 keys and on 9 runs not even a rune of The Countess...
is this a commonly known "bug"?
cause in the first days of the season i had keydrops till 4 full sets, then no more dropped

Can be used to make Runewords:
It's not a bug, it's just RNG. It evens out over 1000 runs or more. Any set of runs that is less than 100 can have wild variation from day to day.
As an example, check this thread:
forums/100-hell-countess-runs-t1808038.html
mikelessar did 1000 runs, and the Key drops were almost spot on in total according to the average drop rate over those 1000 runs. Among those 1000 runs he had a stretch of 86 without a single Key, yet it evened out in the end, almost uncanningly so.
(yes the link says 100 because he typo'd the thread title initially, it was actually 1000 runs which you can see when you open the link, he renamed the thread title, but the permalink remains what it was called originally)
Also, IIRC, The Countess drops no runes at all about 1 in 64 kills, on /players 1. (it's worse on higher player counts)

But seriously though while u get no keys in the meantime, the chances of a Key/s appearing on the next one will increase.
You just need more runs to get the probabilities work more in your favor.
In addition to the earlier comment by a mod, may these Countess stats help u somehow...

Good so i am not completely alone with this "issue" rng was never on my side, not in diablo and not in wow xD
