Can be used to make Runewords:
2 sunders: cold and a Bone Break, both in Act 2 sewers. Started at level one and cleared all the way to 3. Rad gave me the Bone Break.
I am fine with getting no statues from TZ Duriel when I instead get this one

Now the only remaining TC 87 item on my grail list is... Tyrael's Might...

Ok so this is crazy, I just won this in gambling with Jamella in the Pandemonium Fortress...I never thought I'd see one of these in the wild as well

While not expensive, or good actually, this was my second last set item for completing that challenge, still missing Arcanna's Sign, then complete 
I played the heck out of this game yesterday to check the new unique drop rates of heralds.
At least, it feels to be slightly improved:
