Barb has 63 or 105 fcr breakpoint as goal and War Cry aka singer barb usually uses 2x Heart of the Oak. With Magefist or Arachnid Mesh you already have 100 fcr so you only need 5 fcr on the amu or one fcr ring for the 105 fcr breakpoint. Also with 2x Heart of the Oak + Annihilus + Hellfire Torch + Natural Resistance you already have max res. So res on the amu doesn't add much value here.
Because of that I would say only Pul or some pgems for this amu.
