For Manald Heal they actually changed their mind and made it +10% Faster Cast Rate instead it seems; as someone pointed to in this forum.

Yeah they will be available to make on non-ladder when the new patch drops on Tuesday (the 18th). It was a little premature to remove the tag already so don’t try to make them on NL just yet!

• Made the chat window timestamp normal case, slightly larger font, lighter colour.
• Added a bar symbol in between date and time in chat window timestamps.
• Moved the report chat message button inside of the message itself - was too hard to find.
• Added a chat settings button to the header of chat windows - settings were too hard to find.

• You can now simply paste a screenshot of an item into the create trade page and it will automatically recognise the item name, select the database item and filters for you, and of course paste in the tooltip text as before. So now you literally just have to (at the very minimum), screenshot, paste, and click Submit, to create a trade listing.
• I also made it so that when following a '+ List it' button from item database pages and landing on the create trade page, it will now automatically select the item from the dropdown for you (before, you had to select the item yourself).

• Fixed issue where items with short words and spaces were not getting dropdown select hits.
• Fixed issue where 'to mana' sometimes was omitted from printed stats from OCR screenshots in trade listings.
• Fixed an issue where super-recent relative timestamps were saying 'Just now ago' instead of 'Just now'.
• You can now choose filters immediately from the /price-check subforum page, instead of having to get the item and then apply filters afterwards.
• Your default profile filters are automatically applied for you on the /price-check subforum page.
• Made the long intro blurb on the /price-check subforum page dismissable - with this setting persisting in browser localStorage
• Clicking outside of either the dclone widget modal or the tzone widget modal will now close the modal.
• Fixed an issue where users were sometimes getting a message parser error when submitting a post.
• Fixed an issue where users were sometimes seeing their own post 'already submitted' when attempting to submit a post.
• I have retired the 'version picker' buttons on database entry pages - the original code was so bad that it needs an entire rework (in the backlog now), and pretty low in the backlog considering so few people can even elect to play lower versions of D2R in the first place. The data is still stored, but the implementation needs a rework.
• Added season 15 price check filter and graph lines etc. for it, I had forgotten to do this in 1.57. Site is ready now for S15.

Custom notifications for dclone status changes

• You can now receive board, email, and push notifications for changes in Dclone status.
• These are off by default for all users unless they decide they want these notifications.
• Just click the 'Get notifications' button from the dclone tracker page to open up your preferences.
• Or click the settings icon in the sidebar (widget version of the dclone tracker).
• You can choose which combinations of L/NL and SC/HC you're interested in (get notifications for/show in sidebar widget).
• You can choose which status changes you want to be notified about (1/6, 2/6, 3/6, 4/6, 5/6, 6/6). Defaults to 4,5,6.
• You can choose which regions you want to be notified about (NA, EU, APAC). Defaults to all.
• You can choose which type of notification you want to receive (Board, Email, Push). Defaults to none.
• By default, new users will have their default game set to RotW (was LoD before). No changes have been made to any existing users' dclone preferences.
• Notifications are only sent if status update (via d2emu webhook or via a manual report) actually changes the level (eg. from 4/6 to 5/6). They're also sent if it jumps from say 2/6 to 5/6. Notifications are not sent if you are the one who made the manual report.
• Added icons to choices in the dclone preferences modal where possible to spruce it up a bit.

Custom notifications for online Terror zone current/next changes

• You can now receive board, email, and push notifications when the current Terror zone changes, or when the next Terror zone is announced.

• You can choose whether you want to be notified of current Terror zone changes, of next Terror zone announcements, or both. Default is both.
• You can choose which zones/areas you want to be notified about. Lets you filter out undesirable Terror zones from your notifications. Default is all zones/areas.
