My understanding is no, it only overwrites previous buff
As far as I know, skills in this game generally don't stack (except skills using charges like Frenzy or Martial Arts).
It's a binary thing: Either you are buffed/debuffed, or not. Skills can be reapplied at any time and higher levels beat lower levels at casting. Same is for auras originating from different sources.
So all you can do is "refreshing" the buff. This is what I do with my Summoner Lock so my demon keeps engorged all the time.
