Last Wish/Spirit Ward on swap to pre-buff Fade 🤔

Hi

While I use Treachery to pre-buff Fade when I run ubers (which I don't do very frequently...), because of Uber Mephisto;
I think that always depend on Treachery pre-buff to max your resistance and at same time using another armor (like Enigma / Fortitude) in your normal runs is not very pleasant (but already saw a few guides with that set-up + playstyle recommendation )

On the other hand I have one character (a Fury Druid) that uses a swap for pre-buff (Obedience's Enchant) even on normal runs and I don't feel the game is "clunky" because of that (as use swap for pre-buff is way more smooth than have to switch armor )

This make me think about the idea of using Last Wish (or Spirit Ward) to pre-buff Fade on a more smooth way (and with that replace some "resistance focused" equipment )

Did anyone already try that?

What char are you using for UT? Do you really need that Fade prebuff? lw means no cta, so i guess Spirit Ward is the better option if you dont want to switch armors.

No char needs pre-buff at the moment

But my Javazon has a lot of resist charms, and I almost never use her Call To Arms on swap (besides the initial buff, mostly to summon a stronger Valkyrie, I just re-buff If I'm farming area that is spawning stygian dolls...)
So one of these days, after remembering that Last Wish and Spirit Ward have a Fade proc, I started to think if would not be too boring using one of them on swap to pre-buff Fade, and, with that, replace a lot of my resist charms (maybe getting +3-4 to javelin skills)

Additional note: a while ago I replaced Spirit for Phoenix as my main Shield, for quality of life purposes (less damage, but no need to use potions or worry with life points anymore ), so the "boring" part is what worries me on this ideia

For a java, I'd just keep on using Treachery for the lvl15 Fade prebuff:D (lvl15 Fade gives 60@, while lvl5 gives 42@). I guess you dont run UT daily with her.

On the Phoenix part - I also use Phoenix on my java, however even with ~550mana I run out of it sometimes, so i cannot imagine running without cta and a lower pool.

Yeah, I really don't do ubers a lot (just 3 runs since I returned to D2R), but always used Treachery buff when I did it (and I don't think use Last Wish/ Spirit Ward instead in this case is an option )

I found the smoothest way to prebuff Fade is playing an assassin
