The Countess is good and fast if you zap to her but if you take the longer and a bit time consuming path and kill at least the Champions and Uniques along the way, your chances to get something good are way better. I've got two Surs from same strategy.

What makes this lucky is that I was fighting a
Herald of
Terror mob of Dark Archers in the Dark Tower, who cast amp damage and were doing serious damage to my Hep. To keep him alive I teleported into the next room and bumped into an armor stand I didn't even know was there, and out popped a pair of 49% WarTravs, and a new addition to my Chronicle.

It was shear dumb luck, because all I was doing was pulling my Hep out of danger by teleporting into another room and unintentionally bumping into the rack.
