You really need a tri-rez pair to get those high runes. Also, Light and Poison, not the best combo.
These have level requirement under 30, which makes them somewhat viable for LLD. That high Strength req. might be too much for anyone to bite however. I would personally list them all over the place for a Jah. Just in case.
Or keep them if you see yourself possibly using these in the future. At the end of the day, keeping some of these cool items for yourself is more satisfying that getting a hr, especially if you do not need it.
AFAIK for LLD you need stats (str, dex, life, mana, rep life) in addition to frw while resistances add 0 value. For PVM the res is too low. I would just Charsi them.
