I really wonder, why in RotW Non-ladder there are MUCH more trade activity than on Ladder.
Every new season I delete my old characters to start anew. I dont know, but for me this is the most fun way to play. Are you guys trying to minmax your characters? @Deckard Cain

Simply because there is more quantity of everything off ladder, probably.

I dont always ladder, and i do like laddering and starting anew... but also, I like to play a relaxed version of the game with my Poison Nova necromancer, and dont worry about efficiency or anything - and just have fun. non ladder is great for that.
Each new ladder season is a restart where it takes time to accumulate items for trade. When each ladder season ends everything that's available on ladder for trade becomes NL, and over time it accumulates, and adds to the number of items already being put up for trade by Non ladder players. So to simplify, the supply of available trade items on NL are many times that of an single ladder season.
What others wrote above is all true but i think there's just proportionally more non-ladder players on this site. Traderie seems to be a more even split, maybe skewing more to ladder
