Apparently there's a bug in the game that causes Uber Madawc and Uber Korlic (as well as their summons) to just stand still. This requires two players but the second player just needs Gimmershred and has to stand in the left corner. Hopefully Blizzard will fix this soon.

The bug has been reported on Reddit on 2026-06-15. So it's 2 weeks at least. Likely longer, if someone else (or even the OP) found it earlier and decided to keep it for himself and exploit it.
Like the exploit with horking bound Witch Doctor Endugu - it was eventually fixed, but long after it damaged the economy.
