Thinking of attempting some Ubers this weekend...

So I have all the gear needed to get to 300+ on all res by using Treachery to trigger

Fade then switching to Chains of Honor with Thundergods and a few res charms with my abysslock summoner. How do you guys think this Hephy would fare against them (Uber ancients/the dynamic trio)? Cursed with

Holy Freeze and fire immunity?

Also, how does it work with the uber ancients? Can you kill one and portal back to town then come back to off another and so on, or do you have to kill them all at one go like in regular gameplay?

the biggest problem is no mobs to

Engorge on ancients, so your demon is gonna take quite a bit of damage. mine died trying it. had to use goatmen to pull mobs off him.

any ancient you havent killed when you go back to town will be at 100% when you comeback cause their regen is crazy

I did first two on Friday night. Ported straight to the top and when they got there straight to the side and bottom very quickly. Then tried to pull them one at a time.

I think the best chance your hephy has is if you use a

Life Tap

Wand because he can't

Engorge. Once you isolate one ancient and take care of the adds, it becomes easier.

Life Tap when his health drops, then he'll proc curse and that really gets things moving. Reapply

Life Tap as needed.

I imagine you want

Madawc last. Since your Hephy is fire immune, your best case scenario is probably pull

Korlic first and kill, followed by

Talic and then

Madawc. I used Rising Sun amulet, and that made

Talic a lot easier on me with just the physical parts of the attack affecting me.

Korlic went down too fast to tell if Ravenfrost (I ran dual ravens) had a big effect.

Madawc's lightning is pretty intense when he is enraged, so be ready to

Life Tap or

Teleport back to the red portal.

Also, I dropped a massive number of rejuvs on the Ground and used them liberally.

Probably can stop their regen if you slap 'em with something that has Prevent Monster Heal, assuming it works on them like it does anywhere else. 20 mins of no regen.

EDIT: Actually any item that has PMH on it will work, just land a hit.

It's really annoying to isolate them so i wouldn't count on it. If you're solo, your demon will almost certainly die without all 3 immunities. Any demon i've tried dies in 2-3 hits and u can't

Engorge

Lightning + cold immune is all u need, Flickering Flame's

Resist Fire aura makes up for the lack of fire res. Since ur using miasma, i highly recommend ignoring everything i just wrote and just binding a

Megademon from the

Furnace of Pain instead (low damage but immune to all elements, nearly unkillable, i'm happy to supply the keys on scl or scnl)

Ime honestly you don't have to worry about ur own resists since ur demon will be tanking (unless ur gearing assuming that ur demon will die).

Uber Talic's tornados are easy to

Dodge when you're not in melee range, in all my testing i don't believe i died once even with maybe 200-220% all res (can't remember, but far from capped)

(also don't believe PMH works on ancients? it doesn't work in

Uber Tristram at least, only open wounds does)
