and for some reason most diadems that seem to roll okayish are with pala skills. does pally wear diadems at all, shall i keep them on sale hoping to recuperate some skulls?

Many Hammerdins will prefer Hellwarden's Will now for the extra magic damage (better than the extra +1 skills from Shako). The mana leech makes up for Shako's extra +mana and the 20 fcr is just a nice bonus. But you lose Shako's +life, which should not be a big deal in softcore. But of course, you also lose the MF and the phys damager reduction
