It's still scary for him in ancients, I guess now he takes a lot of physical damage... Can a unique spawn w lighting enchanted, stone skin, and cursed? Does stone skin count as an "enchant"? Bc u see fire/cold enchanted all the time
Edit * he died too i think Bind Demon lock is just not well suited for ancients... The only demon i can find that reliably survives is the pit lords in the Furnace of Pain, but their damage is just too low bc they're always breathing fire
Would love to hear anyone else's ideas but for now i'll stick to Uber Tristram

If that one dies, I'd try for a terrorized one. Harder to find the affixes, but then you'd get a higher level one. If it's Tz96, you'll get 1 higher level on its aura, too. Higher demon level also makes hitting monsters easier. A Lvl 81 Blunderbore from non-Tz act 2 might have a hard time hitting any of the Ubers.
this is my current one, It has only died when I respeced points, had some that was cursed with Fire Immune + Cold & Lightning Immune, He is always Fire Immune tough, Merc provide Concentration + might next get TZ 96 with 7-8 P

This is my current demon, not perfect but it doesn't die. Not even against the toughest T5 heralds. Haven't tried the Ubers yet, I guess I would need a lightning immune one at least.
Against Uber Tristram he would probably be fine, but you would have to be carefull against Uber Mephisto, he can deal alot of elemental dmg fast, some Hit n' Run tactics do work tough

I was thinking ... maybe the ideal setup for ancients would be a Blunderbore from Tal Rasha's Tomb (innate cold immune) with cursed + lightning enchanted (lightning immune, + better cursing)
If i use Flickering Flame on myself for the Resist Fire aura i can summon 1 Goatman to take aggro instead of Tainted and still use 1 defiler to splash damage to the barbarian summons. The actual Resist Fire aura it grants is also way more than Tainted does, and wearing it myself means i can keep Kira's Guardian and Duress on my merc to give him a chance of surviving to proc open wounds

New setup is act 1 cold rogue merc with Witchwild String, socketed with Shael+Um, Kira's Guardian and Guardian Angel both socketed w Ort
She survives everything fine, the only issue is diablo's Megademon summons which can surround her faster than my defilers can kill them if i'm not paying attention
Over the past 2 days, I've been playing with my Demon/Abyss build and gave Ubers a try (thanks @kerph for the keys!). My Dark Lancer died very quickly to Lilith. I didn't even see it happening because she ran into another room that happened to have Lilith and I only saw a green Nova bolt come through the doorway and her health drop faster than I could react. She had been tanking very well until then. Had to run out and grab Heph quickly. With my brother's Revive necro, we finished Ubers, but just barely--almost no revives left and Heph (P2, non-unique) died about halfway through.
Then I went into a P8 to grab an Urdar (not risking a Lancer for Ubers unless I run across a Stone Skin/Fire Enchanted/Cursed one). Blindly tagged a unique one in Durance that turned out to be Cursed/Fire Enchanted (i.e., Lightning/Fire Immune)... but got Thorns aura. Regardless, we tried Ubers again and this time it went much more smoothly with a bunch of revives and my Urdar still alive.
So the search continues. I'll post a screenshot when I get a really great one.

Lilith is scaryyyy esp for demons with low base hp. If my Blunderbore with no stone skin has Amplify Damage from Stygian Fury and runs into the room with her he can die fast. Whenever i'm entering a room that she could be in (usually u can see her light up the room through the walls) i make sure to go to Malah to clear curses, clear out some of the monsters around, then summon 2 goatmen to tank for my demon. Bosses seem to always prioritize them over Bind Demon & he usually takes zero damage provided i resummon the goats as they die ^^
Stone skin affix solves for this completely tho. My demon at the top of the thread, if he was bound from p8 tz96, is i think the bis Bind Demon for running Uber Tristram
