Let's say I have a Protector's Stone on my main character ( socketed into Helm for my Frenzy barb). I want to then want to socket another Protector's Stone into my merc's weapon (reaper's toll). Will both -physical resist stack on top of each other along with the decrip proc?
So -50 from decrip and lets say -10 from each Protector's Stone, for a total of -70 total physical resist.
Does this work out?

No. You will each be granted -60% physical res when the hit calculation is done, assuming the Decrepify has proc'd and both Protector's Stone's rolled -10%.
Decrepify is a curse, which means anyone who hits the cursed monster will benefit from the curse's effects.
For the -10% (from the Protector's Stone) it is only part of the wearer's hit calculation.

I'm not playing D2 as much as before. I'm too lazy to edit all my trade prices. Offer me something reasonable and I'll probably accept.
Be careful, if i'm not wrong, that jewel is affected by the min/max damage + %ed bug.
The +%ed wont do anything if socketed in a Helm.

yup totally aware of that bug. the 10-30 dmge does apply which is good. The exp, - resist and Fade proc along with MF is nice.
