For me Abominable, Blunderbore and all monsters with the big body. They are easy target. What's yours?

Wraith and their variations. I play mostly mages types class and these type of monsters can drop runes if you're lucky. Does boss count too? Otherwise I like to farm Andariel and The Countess.

There's something about seeing the big guy outside of CS that makes him more fun to take down.
Flayers/fetishes take a close second as they tend to come in satisfyingly large packs of the adorable little dudes.

I like to kill swarms of fetishes too.
zealots in Kurast and a5.

I don't like fighting the moon lords as, they are too dangerous, but i get a sense of relief when a pack dies.

Any Swarm of low hp, high count monsters. One Nova or RoF usually enough to take them out. Lots of items quickly.
flayers/fetishes are S-tier, especially on an tz with "extra fast". It's just like an extra fast delivery of items.
Skellies, lightning beetles are good too.
Yetis in act 5 are nice. They go down fast, but look like they should take longer to kill, so they are satisfying.

I always enjoyed how squishy the Megademon line feels. They are so big and imposing and then just crumple under a stiff breeze, with a satisfying Death animation to boot.

Coolest Death animation must be for the Overseer. When you kill him all his blubbery fat seems to melt down in the Ground, leaving a bare Skeleton in a pool of blubber. Gotta love it!
Also love to Whirlwind through packs of Corrupt Rogue. Their spirits leaving their bodies when you mow through is like a beautiful song of Death. So poetic :'D

I also like to throw fireballs into large groups of skeletons due to the nice clonk sound they make.

Early in the journey I love farming Shenk the Overseer because upon Death the turrets take care of the rest of the mobs.
