It tells me I can't message him because I just registered and that means I can't message him....... WHY THE F..K AM I EVEN HERE THEN?!?!?!? THE ENTIRE POINT OF REGISTERING IS TO TALK AND TRADE WITH PPL AND ENJOY THIS COMMUNITY! now you're telling me I have to post in the community in order to f..king make a trade? Your gate keeping trading so I can post in the f..king community?! What if I don't LIKE to post stuff? What if I did only come here to trade and play the game you f..king jerks!

You should be able to now. At least I think it should work now. Can you try again?
Newly registered users are initially placed in a user group with limited access (like forum threads/posts needing approvals), but once you've had a post approved on the regular forums (like now), you're placed in the regular user group and should have access to all features.
We were forced to implement this hard check for new users a couple of months ago when we were flooded by AI spam bots (for weeks straight) that were able to bypass all captchas and other checks.

Did you try to send a private message to someone or did you try to post in a trade you are interested in?
The latter is the usual way to trade on diablo2.io.
Yes, posting in a trade topic should always work, even for newly registered users. And most traders will appreciate a post in the trade topic before exchanging direct messages, but it depends on the person, of course.

During the launch of warlock dlc, i believe this site experience massive bots(most likely bots) registered and started posting trades for warlock specific items only.
I can see why admin administered this rule…
Glad it was resolved for you. Your tone seems harsh for asking admin to resolve this minor trade restriction though, unless you repeatedly got ignore and this was ur many attempts and decided to fume off…
