The new season has recently started but there are already people who reached lvl 99. I am curious: which gear players reach to get this high? Do they have time to find some high runes and get BiS runewords? Or crazy uniques like Griffons? I would love to hear about that. Personal experience is welcome

I know some of my Taiwan friend, they pay to get things done, it will be like few hours all bis.
I am not sure how people play ladder these days. I am just casual play this. Not do formula , pay , quick done things.

And these early level 99s are community efforts.
One main player like LLamaSC gets carried by dozens of people. They give him extra exp of course, they fight with him, they feed him gear, they craft for him etc.
