so I took the opportunity to respec and now I have been trying to find a cursed Holy Freeze Heph for over 3 hours. I guess they lowered the roll % on those as well

Just bound a cursed with Concentration. I've never seen that combo before
Ok I just grabbed a cursed with Fanaticism so maybe I should stop there for a while. I really want the cursed freeze one since a few people say it procs the cursed more. That will be of good use with my merc that will be carrying Infinity soon
Cursed only has a 5% chance of procing now, and freeze pulses every 2 second I think. So in theory once per 40 seconds, bad.
I didn’t have a Holy Freeze Hephasto before the patch, but I had some kind of aura that was causing him to curse instantly. Now, it’s about a 20-40 second wait.
Probably better getting Fanaticism and lightning enchanted or something like that. Bolts should help proc curse.
On another thread, some suggested getting a Venom lord with multi shot. In theory that should cause near instant proc as soon as Inferno goes off, I think 24 5% chances per second.

Hephasto never died to begin with even lower lvl of binding. Its just super OP demon thats all. Try any other and they keep dying off quite easily. Only way to really lose hephasto is in ubers or players own Death
which is why Ive always lost it at least.

I just roped this dude after losing my last one to a scarab Herald. This one might be my favorite so far...non-TZ but Cursed, Stone Skin, Immune to Physical with Vigor. Holy shit is he fast
