Can be used to make Runewords:
11 heralds in 5 acts? Wow, that is really unlucky low. Besides the fact that i feel the a5 shard is sooooo rare. I only found one in like 50 other shards.
That’s cause a5 shards are more rare - at least when playing in TZ. The distribution in area levels 81+ (which includes pretty much all TZ farming) is 5-3-2-2-1 due to an oversight with how they designed the shard treasure classes. I just read where to farm them, but funny enough one dropped in an area, that was not supposed to drop one, or at least was not listed.
Can you explain what the numbers mean?
It's the distribution. A1 is 5x more common than a5. A3 and a4 are 2x more common than a5.
The sum of the numbers 13 - that means out of 13 shards, on average, you will get
- 5 x act 1
- 3 x act 2
- 2 x act 3
- 2 x act 4
- 1 x act 5
