What do you think a "normal price" is and what information or data are you using to justify that?

ur charm will be worst less than nothing at that point
edit : also the % dmg or -res doesnt matter on a charm since % dmg is absorbed by the mastery and -res is 100 Cap with Infinity aura + ~-87res
