Depends on your class. With my most recent one, I made a Phoenix. Itās a good fit for my warlock but would also be useful on other builds.
You could also trade it for something your character is missing. Thereās no rush to utilise it till your sure.

U would need to also plant Ber tree for that enigmas picking
I would take that Jah and split it into multiple pieces of mini jahs, then plant them so i can have more than 1 tree of jahs?

Or I just buy lots of Ists with it and see how many Ort runes I can buy for them. Probably a couple thousands. Then I make a free game "Orts of this world" and drop them all in town. Maybe I could crash the game with that many items on the Ground. Then some grateful noobs pick them all up or the Orts just all disappear after 30 minutes one after the other.

I remember, I was about to buy 50 Jah worth Ist back few month ago. It was something like 1000 Ist.(20:1) Those days , Ist drop every day. that whole sale even fail to beat retail price sometimes . Think about convert those whole house of Ist into Ort. Nightmare....
I did some retail exchange back then, around 18. I cant think it is 10(rotw) - 14(LoD) today...

Third I made a second Enigma.
Four and five went into my Dreamdin.
Anything after that I've just been using as currency for other items I may need.

personally i would just let it chill in my stash with the few dozen i already have.
