Hi, a bumber is a character who has sufficient level to complete the ancients quest but have not done so yet.
Normal bumper = lvl 20
Nightmare bumber = lvl 40
Hell bumber = lvl 60

A bumper is needed if your character level is lower than 60, in order for you to be able to join
Baal runs on Hell
