Steps to reproduce: Passwort-Reset is not working. I do not get any Mail or notification on my registered mail (not even in spam).
Anything else to add: I tried to reset it multiple times patiently over this year and wanted to not make a second account just for problem sharing but i think this is the only way (sorry :<). I even wrote a message to the (?) general admin-mail via diablo2io website before too (it says to contact only if you know your mail) - but that didnt help too - no message recieved. Im sorry if the problem might be on my end, but i just cant think why and would be happy just to know the reason even if it cannot be fixed.
My original account is "Greys_Prey".
If the reset is not working, is it possible to send me a message to this account here?
Im not sure if it is safe to say my mail domain/adress openly in the topic here, so i did not post it here now.
But i made sure my mail-adress is used for my main account: I tried to register this second account with my main-mail and it says it is allready in use, so im 100% sure i know my only used mail for my main account.
tl:dr how can i get a reset for my main account?
