Missing a sixth useful stat like 2 sockets but every stat given is useful, so might this be worth anything and which Amazon Build would wear this?

Most likely a physical bow/crossbow amazon (

Multiple Shot). Because other builds use

Griffon's Eye or

Nightwing's Veil. But as far as I know for a physical bowazon sockets (for ed/ias jewels) are the most important addition on the helmet. +skills don't add much damage so it's not really important to have +2 amazon skills. Because of that any set/unique helm with 2 os is preferable like e.g.

Giant Skull which lacks frw but provides knockback and something like a jeweler's tiara of speed (3 os and 30% frw) is considered best in slot in most cases.

For your

Circlet the 30% frw is nice and +skills as well as attack rating, life and fire res are OK but without sockets it is IMHO just a temp item similar to a

Valkyrie Wing.
