Bane's Garments is one of the new Warlock-focused sets introduced with D2R: Reign of the Warlock. Though it is designed with the Warlock in mind, any class can complete the set (consistent with other normal-difficulty sets).
Bane's Oathmaker and Bane's Wraithskin each have two partial set bonuses. However to get the second partial bonus for each, you need the full set equipped.
Bane's Authority only has one partial set bonus, but you will only get this bonus with the full set equipped.

Though this set was added with Warlock's in mind this is probably one of the best sets you can have early on if you are trying to level a poison necromancer using a Poison Dagger/ Poison Explosion synergy, until level 30 when Poison Nova works better with Sander's set. That being said, leveling poison is a very unique experience and not for the weak.
