Why the Asia DClone Symbol is shaking at 5/6 and when in change region to asia and enter /uberdiablo in game it says 1/6 ?

I'm available to assist Dclone kills if anybody needs. Had it pop twice now in NA Softcore non ladder.

Edit: I grabbed a Prevent Monster Heal Club, whacked Diablo once, and then was able to solo him for my first dclone kill ever. Super stoked that my first self found Anni rolled 20/19/9
