My luck continues, and these ones are much nicer, although a bit low on the total res. I might keep them but wanted to gauge value, thanks!

Those ones are good indeed, though they don't reach the famous 80+ res value to have big numbers. Same for MF, could be 25, however 30 frw 8 Dex is really good for almost everyone.
I don't think they can reach Ber, but Lo would seem accessible to me in SC NL
