Can be used to make Runewords:
1 - yes, high STR, dual res, life. 2% leech is a bit low to count, still can get around Ist I think.
2- the 96 level req is really a pain here, and apart from super high STR, nothing great. 3 perfect amethysts ?
3- very high LL but that's all and almost too muc, all other rolls are low... so probably about like 2, 3 perfect amethysts
