  • Most likely to drop from monsters with: <=78 mlvl <=80
  • Hell - both TZ and non-TZ
  • From Champions, Uniques, Super Uniques, and Heralds
  • Not affected by Magic Find

Uniques are 3 levels above their area, and champions are 2 levels above, so target-farming Eastern shards should be done in areas with alvl 76-77 ideally, with alvl 75 and 78 being okay.
