AMP is not welcome in Low level monster fight, because poison is way too strong than that. even if it is 100% amp, still not good enough vs low lv poison.
Here is my opinion in case of pvm, I wont use this weapon.
For pk, if there is no special rule... I dont see point to use this compare to jewel weapon.
Please be aware, all my trade is in non ladder d2r. Not warlock.
Reason: CTC amp is useful in some matchups and sometimes even used offhand to proc. 10 IAS is the most you can get at lvl 9. And you have 2OS. Only "problem": the attack speed of the base.
Ed, MD, and AR are also all good rolls for lvl 9 afaik, so it's a ~6/6. Could be extremely valuable but again, not a PvP guy here...
