Korlic’s Pain autolink not working

OS: iOS 26.3.1
Steps to reproduce: typing Korlic’s Pain exactly how it is named
Anything else to add: I noticed that some other people’s replies and posts with Korlic’s Pain in the message do have a successful link and tooltip, but it is not working for me on my iPhone. I will have to test it on my PC later.
