No they're not. The range is still 70-90. You need to use this site more and all of it's features :)

Cold Rupture) are more rare now in ROTW. Sorry :-/

As soon as you roll the new sunders they’re at a fixed value of 70. The old ones aren’t more rare either, you can still find them with an LoD character and convert them.

No one I know even plays LOD anymore; it’s like a ghost town. :P

Ist for a 71% isn’t market value. Whether that is paying $$ on some random site or trading on forum sites such as this. As I mentioned, sorry but no thanks.
