Interesting. Didn't they claim to fix a Chronicle bug that was related to weapon/armor racks before? Guess that hotfix wasn't a good fix after all.

I really dislike the way Activision blizzard does updates. They have patch notes in the client to see, but they are not up to date or updated what so ever. Its so damn annoying not to be able to read the patch notes in the launcher.

What the hell did they do? Echoing Strike used to 1 hit enemies, now it takes TWO hits to kill enemies. NOTHING has changed on my end since yesterday. This was A NERF PATCH hidden as hotfix patch :DD

Yeah they previously hotfixed it server-side - but to fix it client-side (for offline play) they need to actually push a new patch via Steam / BNet app. I dunno if they align the patches between platforms before they release them, but if they do then that will always cause delays because console platform providers have more or less strict requirements surrounding updates (patches need to pass through some kind of verification process by Xbox/Sony/Nintendo).

Have they fixed the hitching on consoles like ps4??
Seems to imply it is for all supports, but that is not super clear unfortunately.

And in true blizzard fashion..no fix without breaking stuff. Since that stupid mini-patch, b.net app no longer tells you the region people in your friends list are on when it doesn't match your own.
Combined with still no fix to the broken cross-region join, trading just got significantly more annoying...

Totally agree. It's insane. Also I bought the game again on Steam as D2 was the only game I was ever going to play on their launcher. Patch notes don't percolate to the Steam page either (unless someone proves me wrong here). With RotW, they broke cross-region friend joining from b.net to steam and vice versa.
Then a bit later, they broke it even for b.net to b.net.
And now they killed the region display, too.
Just keeps getting worse. ~~

I just two did trades about 10 minutes ago. I was on the Asia server and someone from America and another from Europe server were both able to join my game without switching servers. I can also see what region people are playing on if I have selected a different region from them. If I have the same region selected it shows no region for friends.
This is for PC, not xbox. Xbox does not and has never shown shit for regions.
