Close to perfection, no. Ideally you want 2/20 with frw or 2 os, ED brings nothing, all res and life could have been better. Mana leech is cool for Echoing Strike in PvM.
Still it's an excellent Circlet, and warlock stuff has high value as of now : you should be able, especially selling quite fast, to get a value of several Jahs

Can add that we have just one problem with all good Circlet / Tiara / Diadem for warlock. He very easier to collect gap 125fcr (Insight+Spirit+glove = 90fcr, so u need collect just 35fcr from head, amu, Belt, rings). So, just my opinion: for 2-20 helms good price would be in the end of season or on non-ladder.
