Interesting ring. Using it for bosses right now — this sigil works like Kelpie in the old version.
Would be interesting to know its value in the current economy though.

Can be used to make Runewords:
It's 10 fcr + 10 @ res - decent for level up but that's almost all (2 dex, 1 maek or 12 pres are too low to bring value, so less than Ist
Can do trades on D2R or D2RotW
