There is no immune affix...

But monsters can become immune with an affix that raises some of its resistances to 100 or more

that was your case:

Hephasto the Armorer has 50% physical resist and Stone skin gives him another 50%

I think there is a cap of 2 immunities (at least for regular supers...) and in those case I imagine that the other resistances become 95 instead of 100+

I bound a

Fallen Shaman and he would not resurrect

Rakanishu. I think this might need more testing though, since it seems like the Shamans are limited to resurrecting the same color minions and in my testing they were different color packs.

The fantasy is to bind a Shaman who subsequently resurrects a

Swarm of aura enchanted carvers. However, there would be obstacles: they would not persist between games, and if he resurrects a normal one, it can't be unsummoned.

That's not a super unique, that's a random unique.
Proper melee rogue demons do make for solid summons,

Mace and lancer alike, but finding good ones is a pain.
And at least the

Mace version is still generally outperformed by good ol' Heph. The lancers I'm not sure how the +dmg plays with

Jab (on each hit vs. split). Could make them better as dmg dealers, despite them starting out lower than Heph, but I have yet to find one worth grabbing to test it with.
They do have like just over 10% of Heph's life though so unlike him, those can actually die on you if you fall asleep at the wheel.

I think somebody did the math (combing through Amazon Basin to find exact numbers) and the "better" spearwoman would be from

Matron's Den, bonus points if

Fanaticism and Cursed, because of the higher stats. The ubers area in general has some of the "best" base demons which get even better once you have the right affixes. Like the Pit Lords from

Furnace of Pain/

Uber Tristram are immune to everything except Physical, have 50% Phys Resist, and their immunities are all 145% so they're basically unbreakable immunities. The spearwomen are the "dps" option because of

Jab but they still have comparable life, just lower resistances (so they would be an option where you want to actually get certain rolls more, like maybe a Stoneskin Cursed

Almost.
There doesn't seem to be a significant core difference between the Black lancer (

Matron's Den) and the dark lancer (e.g. ancient's way).
As a result, all you want is the highest monster level you can get.

Ancient's way would get you a lvl 85 unique.

Matron's Den would give it lvl 86 which is minimally better.
What you really want though is one from a capped TZ as that would give you a lvl 99. Those then have ~25% more health and regen to work with as well as ~10% higher base

Jab dmg though that's pretty low in either case.

The only functional difference it seems is that the

Matron's Den one has a bonus lightning attack while the others get a cold one. The elemental part of that is fairly low anyways, the phys part is again higher for the TZ version.

Plus between the higher level and higher AR of the TZ one they end up with a higher hit chance as well.
