Recovering deleted characters?
So... it happened. While transferring the sunder charms from my alt account to my main account, I deleted the new mule instead of the old one. Like an idiot. : /
These were all meant to be given away, and some users here had even donated a few of the remaining ones. Is there any way to recover an online character that's been deleted? Is there any hope in contacting Blizzard support or something?

So, I finally got a reply from Blizzard customer service and just wanted to confirm that they seem to be completely unable to recover D2R characters or items. They simply do not keep records of this stuff, apparently.
since you bought the game twice, maybe ... not zero ?

You could always try reaching out to Blizz for support but I wouldn't get my hopes up too high.

These transfers are indeed a "delicate" matter... When I converted my mules yesterday, I shortly thought I had deleted a mule with 90 Hel and some further mid runes only to recognize a minute later that I already had put them in the new stash 
After a 20 year break from D2 I started playing D2R in 2024 with my sons (9 and 10 years old)
Time Zone: UTC/GMT +1/+2 (Germany)
Online workdays: casually from 07:00-09:00 pm
Online weekends: casually midday to evening
Non-Ladder | Softcore | Expansion

I think I was a bit burnt out from transferring items (I never want to click on an Annihilus ever again) between accounts and to RotW.
Next time, do it in batches.
