I wanted to get confirmation on this since I know that worldstone shards drop everywhere in the game and not just in TZ’s.
Do the ancient statues only drop from TZ act bosses, or do they also drop from non-TZ act bosses?
Only reason I ask is because I didn’t realize at first that the worldstone shards also dropped in non-TZ until I found several while Key farming.

I had a chat with Pavke and this is the conclusion (and yes the numbers are taken from the game files):
The table is meant to be read left-to-right, showing the distribution of statue drops per act boss.
tl;dr
Worusk's End is the rarest because Baal is the hardest/longest to reach & kill, plus there's only 2 act bosses that can drop it at all (that's also true for Andariel, but she's much faster to get to and kill)
I had a chat with Pavke and this is the conclusion (and yes the numbers are taken from the game files):
- Statues drop at roughly the same rate as essences (1:12 chance at p1 for any statue to drop from a TZ act boss).
- Statue drop distrubution is as follows:

Worldstone shards can drop in either TZ or non-TZ, doesn't matter.
The statues on the other hand, well another flawed plan on this new content. The statues can only be dropped by bosses when their area is in a TZ.

dropping statue from Duriel will be really obnoxious.. since you dont know which tomb is the correct one and you only have half an hour.

You can find Duriel's statue from either Andariel or Mephisto, but at a very low rate.
There's a drop overlap - all act bosses drop mostly "their own" statue, but have a small chance of dropping one of the "adjacent" statues (in statue/act order).
I was told that the distribrution is like 1-18-1.
So for Mephisto for example, out of 20 statues,
- 1 will be Korlic's Pain (Act 2 statue),
- 18 will be Madawc's Ire (Act 3 statue),
- 1 will be Bul-Kathos' Nightmare (Act 4 statue)

We are seeing price Pattern being created, A2 and A5 statues will be the most expensive probably.

oh, you are right. I forgot about that. Well, since I like to delve into those tombs, I probably pass, but it is at least something.

Would be really nice if WSK got 1 hour long Terror Zones as an exception.
It's not only the longest act boss fight. It's also hard to get opportunity to go through it because timing of TZ WSK is often atrocious for Europe (at least since ROTW).

In addition to that, they need to add the normal sunder charms back to the TZ drops. In my opinion, all of this would fix the new system.
I know people still probably want the latent sunders to have a higher drop rate, but at least adding the old sunders back to the TZ drops would help new people or people who don’t have a perfect old one (would also help fresh ladder season play).
