I think I may be blind. It was also in the descriptions. I updated those for all 5 statues.

Seems that there is a overlapping mechanic. From my point of view it would be useful to add the info in the description which is the typically act boss who drops it. Maybe we could track the drops to check if the overlapping machanic is right.

I'm pretty sure the overlap (and distribution) has been discovered via in-game files that contain all the raw drop data.

tl;dr
Worusk's End is the rarest because Baal is the hardest/longest to reach & kill, plus there's only 2 act bosses that can drop it at all (that's also true for Andariel, but she's much faster to get to and kill)
- Statues drop at roughly the same rate as essences (1:12 chance at p1 for any statue to drop from a TZ act boss).
- Statue drop distrubution is as follows:

The summing is 20/20 left-to-right - i.e. per act boss. You're reading it wrong. The old-school game files (the ones that were originally created in base D2/LoD and included & expanded in D2R) are basically CSV, tab separated. They're all packed into archive files so you can't see them unless you tell the game to unpack them (there's a command line argument for tell the game to unpack the game files). The newer files that are D2R-specific (for example that relate to TZs) are JSON format.
