Can be used to make Runewords:
You have Levitation Mastery which lowers the requirements for you. But not for your merc. Your merc needs 152 str and 118 dex to wield a Thresher.
What I've read is this is due to Levitation Mastery, which makes the requirements appear lower to only you, but it won't apply for your merc.
That's what happens when I don't read the whole description, haha.
