Can be used to make Runewords:
I found this sweet base that would be great for White (even comes with Decrepify!) Not sure how to price this out, but I can imagine it has good value.

You can shop White bases at Drognan, it takes like an hour to get a +3 Bone Spear one.
What you want in addition is Bone Spirit, and as third usually golem or something else from the summon tree. Curses are not a value driver since they don't get stronger (just increase the area of affect).
So, only PGs / Pul for this I'd guess.

Agreed, you need Bone Spirit with Bone Spear to increase value significantly, and a good third adds : Golem Mastery is one, Revive another, or instead of Bone Spirit the combo Poison Nova + Lower Resist for Poison + Bone mancers.
Decrep is for PvM, and is definitely practical, but does it add big value ? Probably not. My bet would be around 1 Pul to 1 Mal.
