Gear for speed-run any class

Hi everyone. Like I said, I would be making a list today, for all the stuff I already have and to ask you people for input, on what I might still need. Take into consideration, that is has to have low/realistic req, for universal use. (depending on magic or physical build. They have 2 different sets of items) Also keep in mind, that this is from level 1-75. So no sunders and no anni or torch. Cause at level 75, you should be able to take care of yourself.

I haven't written down the different levels, but they should be in order of usage. The things that gets socketed, will be filled with @res jewels, except for merc, that will be

Sol runes. The primary function for my stuff, is defense, so you won't need to worry about dmg too much. Secondary is universal usage, with as low req as possible.

The one thing I do know I'm missing, is full Sigon set and

Arctic Mitts.
I will update this list as we go along, so it is easier to get an overview of what I have and to see where there could be filled in.
I'm completely open to suggestions. But I/we are trying to have as few items as possible, so you don't have to change gear every 5 levels. (Except in the very early levels)

Just as a note. Don't put in something really expensive. I'll buy the things myself, unless someone wants to donate, but won't buy things that are to high of a risk for being sold by the people who borrow it.

For those who are new to my project. This is not for me. This is to be borrowed from me, to help you speed-run and try out a new class.

this is excellent, I'll try Barb/Nerc soon, will experiment the whole set.

From top of my head I'd add Death gloves and

Belt. CNBF, IAS, Res, PLRB 75... at lvl 6 super to get pass Andi and beyond.

That's where the full sigon set comes in and the charm of 4str no req. With a full functioning sigon set, you are basically invincible at that level. It has a level req of 6, just really high str. But since you aren't going to use the space for anything else until lvl 16, that should not be a problem.

And as for the suggestion about

Boots, that is a damn good idea.

Maybe toss in an angelic ring and ammy set for the AR bonus.

I mean looks good. Maybe just get a

Targe or

Rondache with 4 Perfect Diamonds just to have a Pally shield on hand.

I'm curious to see how this advances.

I thought about the rings. But then I remembered, that full sigon set gives an incredible amount of atd, and with the negal rings, that is a +6. Almost any enemy that touches you are gonna die.

Not gonna do that. Like I said, it has to be universal. This would only be useful for a pala. But like lotra just said, he would like to try barb/necro.

This set , you can play to lv 50, then use runeword Grief.

amulet, ring: tri-resist, AR, str, dex . The ring, tri resist 10 x3 ,AR is very strong, better than SoJ x 2 in early-mid days.

Military Pick x 2 6 os.

Ancient Armor ,

Crown . other things can change to any other.

Military Pick is strongest weapon before you get good Grief.

Hellforge Hammer with Sigons thru +3 Strg large charms into

Raven Claw, full Iratha's Finery + Angelic Rings and Armor. This Setup lasts well until A4 NM

I've had very good experience with a 6os

Crystal Sword with 6x Chipped Topas (could be with

Hel if not enough 4str gc availeble) as starting weapon replaced by

Civerb's Cudgel at lvl 9. This weapon has insane dmg for low lvls (the worst roll leads to 8-44dmg on lvl 9). It doesn't offer a lot more apart from 75ar but from my experience you don't need more than that

The incredible str boost from the

Crystal Sword is not needed. Sigon low level is 6, which at that point, if you spend all your att. points in str, is more than enough to wear all sigon, with the str gc.
But the

Civerb's Cudgel is a very good idea. Gonna get me one of those right away.
