Note: Typically this is a waste of a Mal rune. There are many other better armors to wear as a druid depending on your build and a Mal rune can also be traded for better gear as well.
I've made a very effective StormlashMaulWerebear build in the past that synergizes heavily on the Hurricane and Wind tree, and it works very effective with 'Rain' ctc Cyclone and Twisters. The build now can be either a hybrid with Fireclaw giving (13-15k fire) ~1k ctc nados and 200 damage twisters, or heavy into Wind tree with 1.5k nados and 300 damage twisters. And with the constant procs by mobs you'll never need to worry about dying to elemental resistance, for instance doing Council Runs.
