I've been saving up all of the random magic rings and amulets I find. Are there a market for these? Being that they're used for making Caster Amulets and such. I haven't seen any trades for these in bulk.

For the craft ring, you need to get at least 3 high roll affinx or 4 affinx medium roll to have value. (3 out of 4)
For rare ring, you need to have 4 affinx to have value. (4 out of 6)
(FCR, LR, Life or AR)
(Leech, LR, AR, min damage or max, str,dex,mana but not fcr )
For cast amulet,
1.Teleport
2.+2 skill 10 fcr , resistance all or light resist
it need to have 3 affinx hit to have value. (3/4) and need to be mid roll. If you see 4 hit but weak roll, it will around several Perfect Amethyst.
--Sell to vendor policy
2 affinx hit ring->vendor
all low roll with 4 affinx hit Caster Amulet ->sell to vendor
all low roll with 4 affinx hit craft ring ->sell to vendor
rare ring have only 3 hit max roll ->sell to vendor
rare ring have only 4 hit medium roll ->sell to vendor
No, there isn't a market for bulk magic rings or amulets (you can't craft with their rare versions) because the buyer can't confirm the ilvl of each item. The ilvl dictates what affixes can and cannot roll on a crafted item.
Rings need an ilvl between the high 70s and low 80s. Amulets need an ilvl of 89 or higher.
Ilvl can be figured out by what monster dropped the item, in what area, and difficulty setting.
I'm willing to accept Tokens, Keys, Perfect Gems, and certain minor runes (this changes regularly so please ask but usually Eth, Nef, Sol, Ral, Hel, Lem, Pul, Um) in lieu of my asking price when my "looking for" price is a rune.
